Behavioural Competency


Behavioural Competency : Behavioural competencies refer to personal attributes or characteristics (i.e. motives, attitudes, values) that describe HOW a job or task is performed as opposed to the particulars of the job or task. Behavioural competency measurement and appraisal attempts to determine if the behaviours actually shown by an employee are those identified by job analysis/competency profiling as those contributing to team and/or organizational success
