Bill of Lading 13 : Bill of Lading is a document which shows that the cargo has been received on the ship by the Master or the Agent on behalf of the Ship Owner. It is also accepted as a Negotiable Document in case the Cargo is to be sold or transferred to the new buyer. This is a Contract between the Shipper and the Ship Owner, with the Terms and Conditions stated therein
