Breach of Contract
Breach of Contract : A breaking of the terms of the contract, or failing to meet the obligations which are imposed by the contract. Where the contract is legally binding, the breach can cause the injured party to have a right of action for compensation (damages). In cases of fundamental breach, the injured party can treat the contract as having come to an end. A fundamental breach of the contract of employment by a worker usually leads to dismissal
