Bulk Fuel : Material which can only be set on fire by means of kindling or considerable quantities of tinder. All types of solid fuels fall into this class, as well as heavier furnishings, floorboards and timbers, and the class as a whole has a specific surface of less than 8 cm2/g (it may be as low as 0. 04 cm2/g)
