Capital 3

Capital 3 : This term has two distinct but related meanings, depending on whether it is being defined in the discipline of economics, or the discipline of accounting/finance. To an economist, it means the stock of 'producer goods', which have been created by human effort, and are used in the production of goods and services for sale. Such would include machinery, factories and inventory. To an investor, accountant or financial analyst, it would mean the financial assets invested in stocks, shares, equities, bonds and debentures
