A layout that has been mocked up to show how the different elements of the design will look when the job has been printed. This could range from a rough sketch, to a fully formatted digital layout or printed proof. Layout: A rendition that shows the placement of all the elements, images, thumbnails etc., of a final printed piece. Up: A term used to describe how many similar pieces can be printed on a larger sheet; two up, four up, etc
