Confined Space 20 : For purposes of tank entry, cleaning, or repair, any tank that meets all three of the following requirements: (1) is large enough and so configured that a person can enter and perform assigned work, (2) has limited or restricted means for entry or exit, (3) is not designed or meant to be continuously occupied.
