Conservative (95%) Meteorology
Conservative (95%) Meteorology : Meteorological conditions that, for a particular area, are relatively unfavorable for the mixing of air pollutants with surrounding, less polluted, air. The term indicates conditions under which more favorable mixing conditions occur 95% of the time, and less favorable mixing conditions occur only 5% of the time. See: Average (50%) meteorology
