Contingency Models
Contingency Models : Leadership style models in organisational theory. Behavioural models do not fully explain leadership styles as the situation in which the group operates also determines the adopted style of leadership. _There are several models, which attempt to understand the relationship between style and situation, four of which are commonly seen: Fiedler's Contingency Model; Hersey-Blanchard Situational Theory; Path-Goal Theory; Vroom-Yetton Leadership Model.
