Continuity Capability : "The ability of an organization to continue performance of Essential Functions, utilizing Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government programs and integrated, day-to-day operations with a primary goal of ensuring the preservation of our form of government under the Constitution and the continuing performance of National Essential Functions under all conditions.
