Control/Display Relationship :
This refers to the degree to which relationships between controls and displays are consistent with our expectations. We all have expectations concerning the movement of a control and its expected effect on a display/device (e.g. when we turn a volume knob to the right we expect the volume to increase, if we turn a knob to the right we expect a pointer in the related gauge to increase (move up / move to the right))
