Convention on Early Notification of Nuclear Accidents 2 (CACNARE) : A convention that details arrangements for requesting assistance with a radioactive material release through the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) or a State party to the convention and for overall direction, control, coordination and supervision of that assistance in-country.
