Department of Homeland Security, BioWatch : "DHS, through the Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate, provides management oversight to the BioWatch program (BioWatch), an early warning system designed to detect the release of biological agents in the air through a comprehensive protocol of monitoring and laboratory analysis".
