Department of Homeland Security, National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC) : "The NIAC provides the President, through the Secretary of Homeland Security, with advice on the security of physical and cyber systems across all CI/KR sectors. The Council is comprised of up to 30 members appointed by the President. Members are selected from the private sector, academia, and State and local governments.
