Department of Homeland Security, National Infrastructure Coordinating Center (NICC) : "Part of the NOC [DHS Operations Center], the NICC monitors the nation's critical infrastructure and key resources on an ongoing basis. During an incident, the NICC provides a coordinating forum to share information across infrastructure and key resources sectors through appropriate information-sharing entities such as the Information Sharing and Analysis Centers and the Sector Coordinating Councils".
