Blue Card
Blue Card : The holding of a current 'positive prescribed notice' or blue card from the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian is a pre-condition of initial and ongoing approval as a foster or kinship carer for all approved carers and other adult household members. A blue card is issued following the conduct of a 'working with children check'. Refer to 'Working with children check'
