(COOP) "The DWG is a standing committee that will meet on an annual basis to address coordination issues and support needs for the Devolution of Operations counterpart organizations. The DWG is comprised of HQ Offices and Divisions and Regional and interagency planners who ensure that the resources and authorities necessary to carry out the HQ essential functions are in place at the Devolution of Operations sites. The DWG responsibilities include the identification of corresponding organizations and individuals for the HQ Offices and Divisions, the furnishing of critical equipment and materials necessary for the Devolution of Operations, and the evaluation and reporting of the Devolution of Operations counterparts to conduct the HQ mission and essential functions".
