Direct Exposure
Direct Exposure : Exposure to a subject who comes into contact with an agent via the medium in which it was initially released to the environment. Examples include exposures mediated by cosmetics, other consumer products, some food and beverage additives, medical devices, over-the-counter drugs, and single-medium environmental exposures.
