Disaster Finance Center (DFC) : "The DFC is a permanent facility that provides financial services under the Disaster Relief Fund (DRF). The DFC is responsible for coordinating the review, approval, and payment of all bills submitted by departments and agencies for costs incurred in performing mission assignments".
