Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) : DUA is administered by the Department of Labor (DOL, Looked it up elsewhere in the source). Under the DUA program any individual who is unemployed as a "direct" result of a major disaster that is presidentially declared is entitled to benefit assistance while such individual is unemployed. the rules for such assistance are found in the Federal Register, Vol. 68, No. 44 (March 6, 2003) on pages 10932 to 10937 at www.access.gpo.gov
