The form used (including any subsequent additions, revisions, or modifications) to report self-monitoring results by NPDES permittees. DMRs must be used by approved states as well as by EPA. Acronym: DMR. Self-Monitoring: Sampling and analyses performed by a facility to determine compliance with a permit or other regulatory requirements. NPDES: A national program under Section 402 of the Clean Water Act for regulation of discharges of pollutants from point sources to waters of the United States.
