Field Program Manager (FPM) : A DOE senior official who is responsible for the onsite management and supervision of DOE staff and facilities. This official also provides guidance to contractors and oversees their activities. The FPM reports to the field/Operations office and is accountable to the appropriate Secretarial Officer, as defined in management agreements
