Field Validation
Field Validation : Process of providing reasonable assurance that design requirements are properly reflected in the physical plant and in the associated documentation. Field validation tests the strength of the bonds in the basic configuration management model (i.e., between design requirements, the physical configuration, and the configuration documentation)
