Corporate Accountancy will set-up expenditure codes and will monitor and provide advice to the Emergency Centre. NSC does not have a contingency fund and initial costs will fall where they lie, with Directorates. In the event of a prolonged and costly incident further guidance will be issued by the Director of Finance and Resources
