ACP 03 : The African, Caribbean and Pacific States associated with the European Community through the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement which gives them preferential access to the European Community markets and other benefits. The group of ACP States was established on 6 June 1975 through the Georgetown Agreement. It now operates under a revision of the Agreement agreed in November 1992. Its General Secretariat is located in Brussels
