Incidence Rate 04
Incidence Rate 04 : Four separate incidence rates are used for purposes of this award plan. Each incidence rate represents the number of one of the four categories below per 100 full-time workers per year (200,000 hours = bases for 100 full-time equivalent workers working 40 hours per week. 50 weeks per year). (1) Number of cases involving days away from work or death. (2) Number of days away from work. (3) Number of deaths. (4) Number of total recordable cases (Bul 5)
