Incident 29 : An event that has the capacity to lead to loss of or a disruption to an organization's operations, services, or functions - which, if not managed, can escalate into an emergency, crisis, or disaster. Note: In most countries Incident and Crisis are used interchangeably but in the UK the term Crisis has been generally reserved for dealing with specific largescale incidents
