Incident Base (2) : Under the National Incident Management System (NIMS), an incident base is the location at which primary support activities are conducted. A single incident base is established to house all equipment and personnel support operations, including, for example, food and a sleeping area. The incident logistics section, which orders all resources and supplies, is also located at this base. The base should be designed to be able to support multiple incident sites
