Incident Commander (IC) 11
Incident Commander (IC) 11 : ICS term for the person, usually from the local jurisdiction, who is responsible for overall management of an incident. On most incidents, the command activity is carried out by a single IC. The IC may be assisted by a deputy from the same agency or from an assisting agency.
