Infinite Loop 2 : (ICT) In a program, an infinite loop is a loop from which there is no exit and the instructions in the loop will continue to be repeated for ever. This may sometimes be useful, for example in a program controlling a set of traffic lights, which does continuously repeat the same instructions.
