Informal Decentralization


Informal Decentralization : The involvement of institutions and agencies in implementing national labour policy that is ad hoc and not formally institutionalized, sometimes involving person-to-person networking and consultation. Example: An employment officer in a district employment service makes informal contact with the local chamber of commerce to see what the employment service can do to assist in self-employment promotion.
