Bottom Hole Pressure 3 :
The pressure in a well at a point opposite the production formation, usually recorded by a bottom hole pressure instrument popularly called a bomb. The bomb houses a precision gage and is usually lowered on a wireline. (See: Bomb.) (WLOP)
