Bottom Log Interval :

(n.) Formation Evaluation. The bottom of the interval recorded on the log, or the deepest point at which the log readings are valid. At the bottom of the well, each log will have a valid first reading at a different depth. The bottom log interval is then either the lowermost first reading or the first reading of the most important log. Ant: Top Log Interval. See: last reading
