Intercity Bus Security Grants (IBSGP) : "IBSGP focuses on vulnerability assessments, security plans and preparedness exercises for explosives and non-conventional threats. Program priorities include facility, driver and vehicle security enhancements; emergency communications technology; coordinating with local police and emergency responders; training and exercises; and passenger and baggage screening programs in defined UASI service areas.
