Interior Finish 3
Interior Finish 3 : Exposed interior surfaces of buildings, excluding movable items that can be removed when occupants change. Interior finish includes interior wall and ceiling finish and interior floor finish. With respect to interior wall and ceiling finish, this means the exposed interior surfaces of buildings including, but not limited to, fixed or movable walls and partitions, columns, and ceilings. With respect to interior floor finish, this means the exposed floor surfaces of buildings including coverings that might be applied over a normal finished floor or stairs, including risers. Furnishings, which in some cases might be secured in place for functional reasons, should not be considered as interior finish
