International Labour Recommendation
International Labour Recommendation : Non-binding guidelines, established by the ILO member countries through the International Labour Conference, on labour standards aimed at orienting national policy and practice on labour and related matters. A Recommendation may itself address a particular subject, such as the Recommendation on Consultation and Cooperation between Public Authorities and Employers' and Workers' Organizations at the Industrial and National Levels (No. 113), or may supplement the provisions contained in an associated Convention by providing more detailed guidance
