International Organization of Employers (10E) : This is the internationally-recognized organization which represents the interests of business in the labour and social policy fields. Created in 1920, it now has a membership of 135 national employers' organizations from 131 countries from all over the world. Its mission is to promote and defend the interests of employers in international fore, particularly at the ILO, where it acts as the secretariat to the employers' group at the International Labour Conference, Governing Body and other related meetings
