Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP) :
"a program designed to enhance interoperable communications among local, State, and Federal emergency responders and public safety officials, and is associated with the Department of Homeland Security office of Grants and Training's (G&T) Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) grant program. Each team provides technical assistance in four phases: (1) Define Technical Assistance Requirements; (2) Define Enhancements Needed; (3) Implementation; (4): Continued services as needed until local support is in place".
