Major Modification 2
Major Modification 2 : A modification that in and of itself meets the criteria of acquisition category I or II or is designated as such by the milestone decision authority. Major modifications require a Milestone IV decision unless the decision to modify results from one of the alternatives considered as part of the Milestone I decision process. Upgrades are part of the Milestone 0 decision process
