Management Meeting 1
Management Meeting 1 : In the incident action planning process described by some versions of ICS, this meeting establishes or revises the incident objectives and the operational periods and their objectives. It may also set or revise the specific Incident Management Team response structure and staffing of Command and general Staff positions for the incident. NIMS/ICS 2007 now specifically separates this meeting from the Planning Meeting, consistent with earlier versions of ICS. See "Planning Meeting"
