Matters of Concern : Matters of concern include: (1) a child placement concern report regarding inadequate or poor quality care that fails to meet the standards of care detailed in the Child Protection Act 1999, section 122, but does not meet the threshold for a notification; and (2) a notification involving allegations of harm or risk of harm to a child in out-of-home care by persons providing direct care, including approved foster and kinship carers, provisionally approved carers and persons in the carer/s household, and staff of licensed care services or another entity
