Maximum Capacity
Maximum Capacity : The maximum capacity of a power plant limited by the weakest plant section in terms of power. Depending on the period of time during which the maximum power can be operated, a distinction is drawn between a maximum capacity of one-hour or of 15 hours and more. The net maximum power of all power plants of general supply in Germany amounted to a total of 101 400 MW in November 1999
