The maximum distance a fire stream will travel from the nozzle to the target; it is obtained by elevating the nozzle (1) for horizontal distance, between 30 and 35°, and (2) for vertical reach, between 60 and 75°. Ranges are affected by wind, nozzle type, and nozzle pressure
