Reasonable Care
Reasonable Care : The common law standard of care expected by the reasonable man. It combines the processes of reasonable foresight (was the defendant's behaviour a reasonably foreseeable cause of loss); and reasonable alternative (were there reasonable precautions open to the defendant that would have prevented the loss)
