Reconstruction 10 : The disassembly and reassembly of equipment, generally for the purpose of placing the equipment back into full operation and substantially extending the service life beyond the normal life cycle contemplated at the time of original manufacture. Reconstruction, rebuilding, or overhaul can result in the equipment being repaired or modified or both
