Regeneration 2 : A collective term for any actions taken to attempt to reconstruct an environment that has been effected by wildfire to represent its previous state before the passage of fire. Among many examples, regeneration activities may involve the deliberate reintroduction of vegetation species that once populated the area and the removal of pioneer and other species that were not present prior to the fire
