Regional Administrator (RA) : "The new title for the executive in charge of a Regional Office of FEMA or his/her designated representative. According to the CFR, the term Regional Director (Administrator) also means the Disaster Recovery Manager who has been appointed to exercise the authority of the FEMA Regional Administrator for a particular emergency or major disaster.
