Renewal Fee
Renewal Fee : A flat charge insurance carriers require to renew coverage for each additional policy period. The fee is not a function of the size of the account and helps offset fixed expenses such as policy issuance, data processing, auditing, and general statistical and coverage record systems. Also called an expense constant. (See Expense Constant)
