Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1958
Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1958 : Sent by President Eisenhower to Congress on April 24, 1958. Transferred all responsibilities of the Federal Civil Defense Administrator and of the Director of the Office of Defense Mobilization to the President, who consolidated the FCDA and ODM into the new Office of Defense and Civilian Mobilization in the Executive Office of the President.
