Residue 5 : The amount of pesticide that may be present in fruit, vegetable and animal products following treatment with that pesticide. In addition to the pesticide that was applied, degradation or reaction products and metabolites that may be of toxicological risk, might also be found. These levels are expressed as milligrams of the chemical in a kilogram of crop (mg/kg), or parts per million (ppm)
